Semi Automatic Strapping Machines

Strapping Machines are used to strap together packages for transport or storage. Get Packed supply both open, closed, high table, low table and side seal semi automatic strapping machines. One for all purposes and preferences. Basically all strapping machines work the same - to strap an item simply place it onto the strapping table, feed the strap over your package and through to the strapping head which hits a trigger and pulls the strap back into reverse, tensions, heat seals and cuts the strap.

Automatic Strapping Machine

This automatic strapping machine (3-GPAS-158) features 4 separate motors which control the mechanisms that tension, seal and cut the strapping ultimately improving reliabiity and performance. It also has a completely new design that has no clutch, chain or belt making it a faster machine too. It is capable of doing more than 33 strap cycles per minute, it houses the roll inside the machine keeping it free of dust and is controlled with an LED display control panel which can be rotated making it more convenient and provides flexibiltiy of use. Pallet Strapping Machines

Here we have two different types of pallet strapping machines.Firstly we have the ErgoPack which has been built with OH & S in mind with no bending, stretching or lifting required. It features a patented chain lance that feeds the strap under, up and around the pallet back to the operator who then uses the included strapping tool which moves forward to tension, seal and cut the strapping. We have two types the E-conomy model and the X-pert model.
Secondly we have a Semi Automatic Pallet Strapper which is simply moved along side a pallet so that the horizontal bayonet is slipped through the void in the pallet where the strap can be fed over and around the pallet back to the machine for tensioning, sealing and cutting.

Zapak Strapping Tools - Hand Held

Zapak Strapping Tools are available as an electronic powered strapping tool, a battery powered/cordless hand held strapping tool, or pneumatic strapping tool. All are for use with plastic or polyester strapping and are built with automatic tensioning and high friction sealing so there's no need for metal seals or buckles. The Zapak 20 (electric) is ideal for light duty office or industrial sites and supplies a reliable manual tension up to 100Kgs. The Zapak 97A Battery operated tool means it is portable. It features as adjustable sealing time for various strapping specifications. The Zapak 28 is the pneumatic model and is the most powerful and reliable of the range as it has a maximum adjustable tension of up to 350Kg's.
